Yes, it seems so simple but in reality everyday people are falling asleep with make-up and the daily toxins sitting on their skin eating away at their youth and elasticity. If you have sensitive skin, you must be very careful about the kind of skin care products choose. Sensitive skin is characterized typically by excessive reddening, ease any infection, and sometimes severe acne. Rosacea is also a condition that has to do with sensitive skin.

The last factor involved in choosing skin care is the presence of wrinkles. Sun exposure is a major factor in aging of the skin and wrinkles. Prevention is the best with the use of sunscreens in your skin care products.

Oily skin versus dry skin, pigmented versus non-pigmented, sensitive versus resistant, and aging skin are all factors involved choosing skin care products.

When you are looking at other ways to supplement skin care, nutrition is something to consider. Drinking water is great for skin care, as it helps lubricate and keep skin moist. It helps to get out toxins. Try also drinking herbal teas. The water content, and the herbs can have a good healing effect.
