The difference in MLM/ Network Marketing is that you don't have treat your upline like your boss, you don't have to do things to please them.
You become the boss of yourself, nobody will push you or force you to work if you don't want to. You need to be initiative to take action that will benefit you and your business.
Find out what are the things that have importance to you and can motivate you. And set specific goals that achieve it.
An example will be: I want to earn $6000, by the end of may to bring my family for a holiday to Japan.
It is important to set your goal as detailed and specific as possible. So you know exactly what you want. These goals should be close to your heart and personal. And it should be important that you achieve it, so you will not give up easily.
It is also important that you set a dateline to your goal, so you will have urgency to take action. It helps you make your action plan to achieve your goals.
If your boss didn't set you a dateline for the report he asked you to do, would you have felt the urgency to complete it or would you take your own sweet time? You need to focus on today and force yourself to work towards a dateline.
Lastly to make yourself more determined and focus to achieve your goal is to make them into a promise. Tell your loved ones that you promise to achieve the goal. And you see yourself having no alternative but to work hard to fulfill the promise.
